Most expensive sound

Headphones?!?!?!? You still live with mom and dad?
If the sound quality is what they are claiming, then to have a set of amplifiers and loudspeakers to rival that would cost in excess of $100,000. Probably more like three times that amount.

Why share anyway?

Exactly.

Besides, across the board, if you're and Audiophile then this is pretty much top sound for the most affordable cost when your shit is staying personal and not club house level.

My parents rock harder bass then I can even afford btw.
I wish I was living at home for that sound, but I get the point. - What's wrong with headphones in general? It's fucking awesome quality and sound. I do like the bass though, usually I'll play my music real loud then wear headphones as well on channel number 2 with my sound cared(listen to it through both) I get headphone quality plus the grind to my chest bass I love.

when i read the title of the thread, i thought it was going to be something like the sound of the door locking behind you as you lost your feedom.. to me, that would be the most expensive sound...
that gorilla is pretty friggin funny though.. and i do love the look on his face right when he starts to hit those skins... toooo funny.. talk about pure primal bliss....

Man, for that money I'd contact Nelson Pass from passlabs for a nice class-A heapdhone amp.
You know, get some decent sound for your money.

Definatly with you on the headphones though. You need some serious dough to match the frequency response of good cans, some go down to 5Hz, allthough I guess nothing beats the feeleing of bass throughout your body.
