I cant tuck the blunt, every time I try to tuck it it doesnt want to tuck.

I can roll a joint easy. but not a blunt.

With a joint, I put the weed in then i switch up my fingers so that my thumbs and middle finger is holding the blunt. (my index finger is in between the middle finger and thumb.

I place my index fingers on the flap, with my thumbs, I push up simultaneously. I use my index finger to push in the flap and roll over.

And continue to roll. This method is always easy to me. So why should i do the tuck and roll thing. It doesn't come out crappy and its pretty tight.

Then again If im smoking it itll be gone so why make it so pretty. LOL:eyesmoke:

your best bet is more practice, go buy a box of dutches and just keep rolling until you have one your happy with.

I found that wetting my fingers just enough to get a bit of a grip on the paper helps?! :bigjoint:

Buy a cigarette roller if you want to smoke joints so bad, I personally don't like them when I can smoke a nice pipe - bubbler - bong - chillum - bucket hit. IN that order.

p.s. 10 more posts until I never post again? lol. maybe. I'm thinking about it.

here's how I do it. it's fast and makes em nice and snug.

1. i like to start from the middle. but before I do this, I will get the general shape of the wrap, bottom tucked in. then i put my thumbs on top and tighten it up all at once.

2. here's my secret: I use my bottom lip and my tongue as a nightener as well as wetting it. so i start in the middle and pull it tight with my mouth while my fingers are keeping the ends tight so it tightens up better.

3. do the end that will get fired up next. this makes it so you can pack the roach better (depending on what blunt you use). then you can tighten that with ease.

best tip: find which way u like to roll best. if nothing works, try what works best for you. then adapt better ways along the way.

I can only seem to roll well when I have alot of weed. By alot I mean a shitload. The problem is taken care of now because I always have plenty.

But when I bought weed, my joints looked like pregnant guppies. The blunts were a little better only because I usually only rolled a blunt at the begining of a fresh bag so I had plenty of weed.

The ciggie roller may be your best bet. It will make them more uniform for sure.

Ya practice makes perfect. After you pack the blunt and kinda shape it flip it around and it will tuck alot easier.
that is an incorrect statement, the correct state would be proper practice makes perfect.

you can practice something all day and if it is wrong at the end of the day all you have is someone who practiced all day but didnt learn anything!

yes i am baked so i might have to come back and fix this if it makes no sense

With a J I can usually tuck the whole paper all the way across all at once. With a blunt I usually start at one end, and work my way across. Rolling A good joint was harder for me than rolling a good blunt.

Are you using a blunt wrap? Splitting open a swisher and using the wrap is a million times easier.

Fuck wraps, swishers, phillies and any other blunt you would need to split with the outer leaf still on. IMO all of these are too harsh anyway. Roll with a dutchie or a game, you can remove the outer leaves on these easily. games burn a bit slower. Heres what I do
1) Wet down and unwrap outer leaf, lick and fold leaf in half then cut in half so you have 2 long skinny leaves. Discard skinnier or shorter leaf
2) Gut inner, rip to desired length and rip off just the glue at this point.
3) Fill with weed and roll in fingers until you have a pretty uniform packed cylinder.
4) Carefully tear off as much more paper off the raised back as you can while leaving just enough to seal it.
5) Use index fingers to tuck both ends of paper under, using upper lip and tongue to wet and pull back over tucked front, start in middle and work left keeping uniform cylinder then work to the right rolling slightly tighter to form mouth piece.
6) Now start the outer leaf on the end you will light placing on the flat end of leaf so the rest of the leaf is at an upward angle towards the mouth piece, gently roll it towards the mouth piece. If you rolled the inner to loose then you can use this to snug it up a bit. bite off excess at mouth piece.
DO NOT TABLE ROLL THE OUTER LEAF- It almost always results in the blunt being too tight. Air roll it you can control the tension much better
7) A few quick passes with a lighter drys it, light it and puff puff pass

Using this method I roll a picture perfect, slow burning and very smooth blunt every time. With the minimal paper and reduced tobacco leaf you taste more of the pot as well. Practice this method and it's like riding a bike :bigjoint:
