Whats wrong with my plants?!?!?

Okay sooo I'm growing some plants in my closet and I have some questions...I dont know why my plants havent shown their sex yet and if they have root rot.

I planted them in Aug there on a 20 hours of light and 4 hours of darkness

I want buds!soo i can be this guy ->

I NEEED HELP PLEASE

put them on 12/12, looks like you need more light, have a fan on em? whats your temp? how often and how much are you watering and feeding?

paint the closet walls white, whats your ph? what type of soil? could be rootbound, are their roots growing down out of the drainage holes?

You are kidding right, your growin for 3 months and still dont know you need 12/12 hours of light for flowering ??? Looks like they also need transplanted, the roots have surely run out of room. Water 1 time every 3 days, weeds thrives in arid conditions and you definetily dont want root rot. Just make sure you water well when u do then leave it alone. Top 3 or 4 inches of soil should be bone dry.

sheit i planted my grow 10/9 and my plants are bigger than that.i use a 1000 w hps and a 400w mh on18 off 6 in mirical grow,eon seed starter mix, worm castings and some bat shit with gh micro. got me some pre flowers yesterday.they are in 10'' pot now,i started'em in a biodome than to 15oz. cups to 8'' pots then to tens.gonna go to 12/12 and move to 10 gal.pots add some mo bat shit and some gh bloom 1/2 stength. some cane sugar last to weeks during disstilled flush.

no its not, its perfect for a first time grower to continue learning with. your first yeild is mainly in knowledge. it doesnt really look very bad, just needs a little love. the new grower can get their system dialed in and figure out the basic idea of growing .wanna know why the plant/s you have is/are so much bigger?
