another lighting ?

i currently have 100w replacments on my plants, "23w" i got some 300w "utility Frosted" bulbs. looks like a normal incadecent but i dont know. and it dont say. but it puts out 5860 lumens per bulb. i thought that was the important part.. please let me know before i change.. the cfls aint doin bad, but slow growth. will these help with growth as well

stick to cfls and it there growing slow its not the lights it u, u must be doing some thing wrong cuz i grow with cfls and my plant is preatty big

but what about the wattage and lumens and shit. the cfls are only 23w. 300w out of a regular bulb wouldnt better until i can afford somthin better??

DO NOT use regular (incandescent) light bulbs, they will be of absolutely NO benifit to the plants growth.
Flood/Utility Lights also generate an immense ammount of heat.
You should consider getting a few more cfl's around your plant and keep them close.
I would upgrade to a High Pressure Sodium for maximum benifit to the plant (and of course Yield).
