i have about 70% earth soil from a pretty much compost area in my backyard? and 20% miracle grow with not even 5% of it;s old soil mixed in the miracle grow is slow release nutes and feeds up to 3 months but since i put so little in it might be shorter after the nutes in the miracle grow are out what organic food should i feed it? i've got a natural compost building outside with green matter and brown matter (cardboard coffee grounds ect.) not yet horse crap but i will get some sooner or later what do you guys suggest?

i would suggest leaving out the mg.. the time released nutes are way hard to control and a lot of times people end up burning thier plants.. but since you used such a small amount, you maybe ok, but next time i would advise against it... try and get your hands on some worm castings.. these are always great to add to soil mixes..
i think that tga has a nice recipe for making soil on a thread somewhere on here that looks great.. should check it out.. i am sure it is full of good info..
it just seems kinda of silly to me to be going through the trouble of making your own organic soil to just through in some miracle grow..good organics shouldn't really need any farther chemical nutes to help them out imho..

yeah i don't even think i put more then a cup or 2 mg but yeah i've already found like 3 potato bugs (rolli polli's) what ever you call them lol in there are they bad for plants (i also found some worms and tossed them in (haven't planted yet just want to know before i get myself in trouble)
and yeah i know what you mean with mg but i just wanted to make sure they had something to feed off of

my compost i'm making contains egg shells, grass, grapes, blackberries, strawberries, leaves, coffee grounds, cardboard, pine needles, bush needles, and some other stuff i can't remember but i put all that in a food processor to speed up the composting stage

and idk tga? what forum would it be under?

but i also have no money that's why i used earth soil and if it does have bugs how do i kill the bad ones?

You can bake it @ 200 degrees but it's going to stink :spew:

Just spend $5 on a bag of soil, $5 on a bag of composted manure, and $5 on a bag of play sand

It won't grow as well as a better mix with pealite in it, but you get out what you put in...
