Hey this has been a relatively slow moving "thing" taking my plant down. I asked about it a few weeks ago and it was diagnosed as mg def, but im starting to think that is not the case now.
As you can see the lealves are becoming very crusty and brittle. It is happening relatively slow but it is showing up even in the tips of brand new leaves. Its first a rust color then it turns very brittle and grey and the leaves then curl downward. Other then that the plant is very healthy, new growth is very green and leaves go straight out.
Strain is short rider (just showed its first pistils today ^.^)
I think it may be nute burn becuase it is in MG root starter soil which is a tiny dose of nutes, but still MG
I think it may be MG because again, its mg soil and who knows what could be in there. I also dont know the PH off the soil. I have been watering with 6.0 but for like the last week I used tap water in hopes that it is like 7.0 before distilling, and that it would offset the soil.
Lastly, I think it may be overwatering??? I have tried to flush the plant, I have watered a bit too much im sure (its hard to no always want to when its the only plant on location haha!). To be COMPLETELY honest I think I have prolly watered too much, the roots have never been completely dry. But on the other hand I dont think its overwatering because the plant is showing zero signs liks yellowing leaves. Its def a rust color then that grey. Think is the grey looks like overwatering... just the reason it turned grey doesnt make sense haha! Help!!!
Help!!
Anyone with helpful input please please lemme know!
