poorly leaves, please help

i came back from work today to find my leaves looking like this, its only the leaves on the first node.

the lights were about 1 inch away maybe closer as they have grown abit since lastnight.

they have had no nutes for about a week and were quite dry so have just watered

anyone have any ideas??

its just multi purpose compost mixed with vermiculite, and i think it says feeds the plants for upto 4 weeks.

im going to purchace some of this and repot i think

so it does have nutes. well how long as it been
