Their primary role is to protect management.

department and inquire what the car was
doing in your neighborhood.
If you see it again, get as much info on the
vehicle as possible. That officer might not
have the permission, or legal right, to be
staking out your street. Especially multiple
times over. They might be stalking someone
on your block. Watching their every move.
They might be protecting a murder witness
in a high profile case. It could be anything.
You have a right to know.
Sincere or Sinister.
Just call your local police and file the request.

yah i saw a cop in my neighborhood and i pulled up next to him and asked what was going on... he said somebody reported a robbery... at first i was scared a little... but just act like a concerned neighbor.. not like your guilty of something. Cops are generally nice to people they think are innocent..
