WTF is your problem? You even admitted you would of liked to harvest them later.sorry buddy I think you're making massive assumptions about my growing ability.
this was a sativa dominant strain grown outdoors, there isn't much I could do about the harvesting later unless you feel like fighting 45 mph winds with 11 plants?
THAT is my efforts to harvest later; try finishing THAT indoors.
don't talk to me like I'm some dumbass newb who doesn't know when to harvest, I tried as long as I could to not pull them earlier, I was fighting the weather for 2 weeks.
and just so you know, I yeilded 9.8lbs dry. premature bud wouldn't be that dense. this bud is sticky as fuck, gets you stoned as fuck. though by your arrogant assumption you would say I have no idea what good bud is.

I was fighting 45MPH winds. and knowing dominant sativas they would have needed a whole extra month that wasn't even possible.
regardless, if I had had dominant indicas out there they would have been done before the weather.
therefore I blame it on my strain. I don't know why you're defending the arrogant douche, guilty by association.
the main point is, I COULDN'T keep them longer. it wasn't possible, this wasn't an indoor grow, nor could it become an indoor. that guy had no right to criticize it like that, as if it was an indoor grow and I had a choice to keep it an extra month . . .
edit: and also, I don't see ANYWHERE in his posts that he was trying to help me out.
his first post was outright malicious, his second post was just trying to make sure I believed he was right, which I don't.

Yeah. I agree. I harvest all cloudy. I prefer a good heady high. But the point is poplars admits he harvested earlier then he wanted but he's throwing a tantrum because someone pointed that out. Poplars also has a habit of throwing a tantrum everytime someone doesn't agree with him. (See his thread about the price of weed.)

Dude outright told him he harvested early basing it off of one picture and a few sentences. He didn't take into account the weather, indoor/outdoor, or dominate traits. Mostly because none of those were provided because the op didn't see it neccesary to premptively defend against the ragging ignorant flames. All the name calling in the world doesn't change the fact that you have PREMATURE buds (which I correctly called and you have since admitted). That bud looks good to me but as yourself knows and everybody else on here knows it could have been harvested a little bit later but due to weather conditions and what type of strain it was and how many plants you had in your OUTDOOR growop you couldnt continue it outside and you evey held out with shitty weather for the last 2 weeks of this grow so of course you had to harvest earlier then planned. Why do people have to feel like they need to make people feel like shit!! Who gives a fuck if your an experienced grower or just a newbie, its about the love of the plant!!!! You all need to get along and smoke some weed together!!!

FYI - Tell people that you grew it with 2 23 Watt CFL's. They wont be as disappointed when you light it up.

just think... if you pulled out a bud of your own homegrown, with the intention of smoking someone else out, and they immediately started talking shit about your growing and harvesting techniques. i'd lose my shit on them, wether they were right or wrong. regardless of how i could have improved if i were able to turn back time, i would have obviously tried to do the best i could have done given my circumstances. and acting like an asshole to me wouldn't have helped my motivation to learn
I took samples from my first indoor harvest over to a real good grower. he didn't tell me how terrible it was, (even though it was nute burned to hell, and not flushed at all) and he didn't rip me to shreds on my ability. he gave a little bit of needed direction, and helped me understand a few things that helped on my subsequent grows. now, years later, i find myself in his position. teaching others how to do this wonderful thing, both online and in my circle of trusted friends. and i don't think it is appropriate to be such a condecending asshole just because everyone has acknowledged your asertions but still chooses to disagree with you. (tnrtinr im looking in your direction with that last sentence.)
