Soil Mold, Just transplanted

Howdy all, thanks for taking the time to look.

I used tap water at a pH of 7.2 with new FFOF soil. Transplanted to a rubber tub I cut drainage holes into then sterilized inside and out. Got everything wet, transplanted my lady, now 5 days later the dirt is covered in mold. What do I do to counteract this? I have not watered since transplant so the mold hasn't been washed in.

OH SHIT!
well here is 1 fast way PH some water to 8 and FLUSH, mold cant live past 8, then reph your water to 6.5 and renute.
Its gonna get pissed, but that should help.
Id also say that ZT I use, spray the soil that would kill it, I normally spray my soil with Zero Tolerance and haven't gotten any soil mold... well yet.

Fuck man I had mold, its a nasty mother, your gonna b batteling it the whole way now, get some zero tolerance.

Its safe and works almost overnight, does for me anyway.
I always keep it on standby this is my first mold free week and its hlaf thanks to ZT and the other half me forgetting to turn cooling on for a hour once and got my room up to 103

make sure it uses sulfur
mold hates it
i got some shit called Garden Safe with it but I havent tried it yet as my mold hasn't showed up.... YET

havent used it but read it's the best prob.

Careful it may burn the plant a bit, but the mold will kill it so you know the deal.

i was just wondering the same thing. whats the best thing to kill mold. i have a few problems. i found some of my cuttings in my EZ-Cloner covered in white fuzzy mold. just the stems. so i pulled them out quick like. renced the rest of them with whater and peroxide mix and put them back in the cloner. no more problems there... yet. After my cuttings come out of the cloner i put them in soil in lil 3x3 pots. i sprinkle a lil bit of Go-gnat (ceeder pellets) to keep the fungus gnats away. (they always seem to be around) but now i have mold growing on the soil. and aphids in my flower room, but thats a whole diff story lol. i put my dehumidifier in the clone room but it sucks the life outta the cuttings in the cloner. I need a good spray. whats the deal with the sulpher burners?

just make sure you have good ventilation and good temps, stale air and really high temps will give you mold, keep your room below 90 and you wont have a mold issue, by the way once mold is there , its there to stay . you can try to cut the mold out of the infected areas but it will just spread so do yourself a favor and start over

Remove the top layer of soil, spray it with a heavy dose of neem, add another inch of new soil, spray that with neem, and get a good oscillating fan and keep it running in the dark hours too, even if you have a timer on it kicking it on for 15 minutes an hour. Keep the humidity below 55%, the temps between 72* and 82*, and you shouldn't have to worry about it again. Also, hit the top on the soil with neem once a week, for preventive maintenance.(mold doesn't like oil)
