Making pots for the first time

I'm a newbie who's taken a month to do research and set up my grow room and I'm finally ready to set up my pots and get the clones.

I'm using 70% Foxfarm Ocean Green Potting Soil & 30% Perlite and I'll be growing Sour Diesel, Cirtrus Diesel, Blueberry, & Grape Ape.

I bought 12-0-0 Blood Meal & 0-10-0 Bone Meal and I need to know how much to mix into each 5 gallon pot.

From what I've read I'm guessing 2 teaspoons of each meal in each pot but I want to be sure. Am I close?

Forgot to mention, I have a 5-1-1 Fish Emulsion for veg & Foxfarm's 2-8-4 Tiger Bloom for flower. Hope that helps answer the question.

In case anyone is wondering here is the answer

1 tablespoon blood meal per gallon
2 tablespoons bone meal per gallon

He said to start out with 2 tablespoons in each pot. Since each strain is different I should make note of the results and on my next grow I'll know which strains to use a little more with, if any.
