what causes droopy plants?

i have 6 plants. 3 weeks old, they dont appear to be underwatered. i am watering them every 2-3 days. what are the most common causes?temps are good, 75-80. i am using ffof soil and have not yet introduced any nutes. they are growing under a pair of t5ho 6500k bulbs. thanks!

how do you test the soil for wetness. i usualy wait till the top 3 inches is dried out completely then i water. as time goes on youll get used to the weight of the container the plant is in

Overwatering, underwatering look very similar. When some plants get rootbound they get a little droopy. Temps too high can cause them to droop. Your temps sound o.k. It may be warmer at the canopy. Maybe try raising your lights an inch or two and see if that helps. Be patient. Plants don't always respond immediately so give yourself some time after switching things up and don't try to change too many things at once. Hope this helps. :bigjoint:
