Wait... he's doing whippets too? Wow... walk careful for your path may not be so clear ahead.
Very analytical of you to not register the fact that I was referencing search and seizure of your PERSONS. They can search every inch of the dorm seeing as how the college aloud them in but because they didn't have a warrant they couldn't legally search his persons. Nor any closed objects that are his property.Schools and dorms are private property of the school and/or state... therefore the same rules don't always apply as if you owned a house.
I am truly unbiased, and always analytical.
Actually, for officer safety the cops can perform a limited pat-down frisk of his person. Should anything come of that frisk that the cop deems to be contraband, he can search further. All without a warrant.Very analytical of you to not register the fact that I was referencing search and seizure of your PERSONS. Same here. I never seem to have any issues. It's not because I'm lucky either.Cops do it to everyone? Hmmm... strange, I've had nothing but friendly interactions with the police... have grown pot, smoke constantly... yet for some reason, wherever I go... I haven't had one bad interaction.
Maybe just cause I'm such a stand up guy!
Oh believe me, I'm not lucky at all either... well, except lucky in the fact I have common sense and that I do respect police for the job they do. It's really all about your attitude when it comes to dealing with police, and I've always ended the conversation on a good note.Same here. I never seem to have any issues. I have done extensive research in the past, this post is 100% factual. The problem is the first part was the pocket grab/guns drawn burst into my room.Actually, for officer safety the cops can perform a limited pat-down frisk of his person. Just some of them get a little too drunk with power.Oh believe me, I'm not lucky at all either... well, except lucky in the fact I have common sense and that I do respect police for the job they do. Indeed. Sounds like he could be in serious trouble with the college.no2 is not illegal anywhere nor is it considered to be a controlled substance. nor is the abuse of it considered illegal at this point in time. no2 can be bought over thecounter by any adult. so even if they do decide to call them no2 im sure that there is no rule against making whipped cream in a dorm. so there is obviouslt no charge to be had by the police. you can buy 9mm shells when you turn 18 although the pistol isnt allowed until your 21. although there may be a zero tolerence policy on campus and any gunpowder is grounds for dismissal

I agree, it happens... I just don't like when people generalize about brutal corrupt cops as most do on this forum. We don't want the to stereotype every pot smoker they come across, why stereotype them into some brutal nightstick wielding pig when, as I said earlier... I've never personally met one who fit that mold.I respect police, the job they do. Just some of them get a little too drunk with power.
Correct. I'm expecting the boot.Indeed. Sounds like he could be in serious trouble with the college.
And that ladies and gentlemen, is known as PROBABLE CAUSE....Actually, for officer safety the cops can perform a limited pat-down frisk of his person. Should anything come of that frisk that the cop deems to be contraband, he can search further. All without a warrant.
And THAT, Ladies and gentlemen, is known as ARMED AND DANGEROUS.I understand while it may be scary... it's meant to be that way to catch you off guard and lessen the chance you may use your weapon (as the police were already in the mindset that you had a handgun in the dorm) against them.
Kinda like this fine video here... SURPRISE!

Yeah, they somehow had hard evidence of my gun's existence...
Too bad they don't know how to look in the right places.
Priors for MJ. On probation now. Also a prior with an alcohol, bag on the fire extinguisher, and having a cat bust with the school. This is fucked. I keep to myself. I'm not running up and down the hall with a lacrosse stick. I'm not the guy with extremely loud music, and I'm not the guy who fucks around. I've pretty well kept a low profile at this school, but as the sergeant said, we'll be in touch. [(sergeant)fucker]Well you are still here, and not in the slammer. You had said they found some 9mm casings??? usually if you have casing's for a 9 then chances are you have a .... Did they find anything else incrementing?? Anything against policy that could potentially get you thrown out of school? do you have any priors or gun related charges??
