Very analytical of you to not register the fact that I was referencing search and seizure of your PERSONS. They can search every inch of the dorm seeing as how the college aloud them in but because they didn't have a warrant they couldn't legally search his persons. Nor any closed objects that are his property.

no2 is not illegal anywhere nor is it considered to be a controlled substance. nor is the abuse of it considered illegal at this point in time. no2 can be bought over thecounter by any adult. so even if they do decide to call them no2 im sure that there is no rule against making whipped cream in a dorm. so there is obviouslt no charge to be had by the police. you can buy 9mm shells when you turn 18 although the pistol isnt allowed until your 21. although there may be a zero tolerence policy on campus and any gunpowder is grounds for dismissal

I agree, it happens... I just don't like when people generalize about brutal corrupt cops as most do on this forum. We don't want the to stereotype every pot smoker they come across, why stereotype them into some brutal nightstick wielding pig when, as I said earlier... Did they find anything else incriminating?? Anything against policy that could potentially get you thrown out of school? do you have any priors or gun related charges??

all very true. but then again the cop can do what he wants. that does not mean that the DA will accept the charges in court. If it's an obvious violation of constitutional rights (recently debated by the supreme court as it pertains to publicly funded schools) than there will still not be any charges filed. the point is in this case nothing was obtained on the person and any other search not consented to in unconstitutional less it be private property not owned by the offender. and permission is obtained from said property owners or any person deemed to be an authority of said owners.

Priors for MJ. On probation now. Also a prior with an alcohol, bag on the fire extinguisher, and having a cat bust with the school. This is fucked. I keep to myself.
