She may not file a police report for the stolen bud, but at that point she can file a police report for assault. And depending on if FDD's wife gets a little crazy and picks up a pipe or something else, assault with a deadly weapon.

she was going to take it straight to the person that wanted it. she said......he didn't want it. she took it upon herself to decide to sell it on the street. i don't do it that way. mine goes to clubs or patients only. i told her to keep me informed if anything changed. she didn't. now she hasn't returned my calls, texts, or emails in a week. i had someone call her # late the other night. she actually called back, having no idea who it was. he said hello then she hung up. apparently her phone works.
Isn't this what we are all hoping for though? The ability to call the police in case something goes wrong? FDD is not the criminal here, he has provided a product with an oral agreement of payment. If it were any other state, but a medical state, this would be handled with street justice. In Cali and any other medical state this is now a police matter, so as not to cause the medical patients any negative press.
