I just started growing with cfls and i read about t5s being better. Im going to stick with cfls for now since everything is setup but for future grows how would i use a T5 i looked them up on amazon and they dont have like a screw end. what should use to be able to plug them in to an outlet?

you need to buy a t5 fixture, the bulbs themselves are long and skinny like the t-8's (shoplights, in public bathrooms etc) the t-5's are skinnier and are supposed to be stronger. go to canadian tire or a store like it where you live and they will have the fixtures there for a decent price. they come with a reflector, ballast, and some with the plug in cord attached.
