well yes it is pointless but isnt that the point of both shows? some family guy episodes are dedicated to just one subject like south park but the vast majority is just like a bunch of short episodes within one, to provide variety. perfect for a stoner. lol

i almost pissed my pants in the weed episodes they had. like the one with the evil monkey takes a break from being cruel and just blazes up, or the show were they legalized weed

I like South Park because if you're not a moron like most people that watch the show (no offense) you'll notice the serious Social Commentary.

Family Guy is fuckin' hilarious though.

I enjoy the politics in south park, and how they are not afraid to go after anybody. From n.a.m.b.l.a to mormons to gays to bush, and most of the time, they actually portray the people accurately, which makes it even more funny. With family guy, you can smoke yourself stupid and die laughing your ass off because it is just so non-stop funny.

Like how these new movies were originally. Like the "_____ Movie"'s.

Scary Movie was funny, its sequel funnier, I at times laughed at Meet the Spartans, but all around the film series sucks...

I was a huge fan of south park for a long time even before it was on tv I saw the very first episode on a friends computer. Watched it for awhile and it was hilarious . But to me family guy just takes the cake. Nothing is funnier than stewie and peter, nothing. One of my favorite episodes is with the cookie monster hiding in the bathroom stall cooking cookie dough in a spoon with a lighter like a crack addict cooking up dope. It's on YouTube check it out and I bet you'll laugh your ass off.

Kind of off subject, but have any of you guys seen the old zombie movie "Dead Alive", I think it might also be known as "Brain Dead". That is probably my favorite movie, and if I remember correctly, directed by Peter Jackson, the dude who made the lord of the rings. Quite a jump in styles.
