Fluorescent light?

Ok I posted a few days ago about my lights I have 2 "75" watt plant lights from walmart. I checked the specs they run at 4200k and 1093 lumens. On my previous post a person said like 6k for veg and 2k for flower or the other way around the diesel makes me forget anywho mine are in the middle road is this good bad or ok. Im trying to see what I can do on limited funds until I get some "real" lights going

its real bad, there is no useable light in that spectrum. and 6500-5500k for veg 3000-2700 for flower, if u must use floros and r not on a tight budget go to htg supply .com and look at the t5 line up. ive groen a nice plant with a 96 watt t5 fixture and 4 40 watt cfls for side lighting .got me bout 3.5oz in soil ,my first indoor grow . or just go totally cfls 5 40 watters will do it right, 2- 6500k 3-3000k and use that all the way thru .u can buy these at home depot

home depot I will look but I have 3 plants growing Im on week 5 they are about 14 to 16inches tall and 1 is real bushy its in the center. So am I screwed with this or can I still get something out of it?

add some light with those cfls it shure wont hurt and u'll need it when u flower , which i hope is soon b'cuzz there gonna stretch into twice the plant

i use 1400 watt cfl still got plenty buds but for every ounce of veg you only get 7 or 8 grams of bud the cfl just dosnt cut it yea they work but if you want giant buds grow 1 female under a cheep 120 watt hps or mthl lights

I grew under just one 2-bulb fluoro shop-light in the beginning. It took awhile for vegging under them but I still got some good sized buds after I bought my first HPS for the flower.
