you need to lower the light till its almost touching the plants. Thats why they are stretching out so much. You also really need a fan to move the plants around or the stem will never be strong enough to hold up the plant. you can see they are all ready falling over.

Thanks I droped the lights and added a oscilating fan and their dancing so is every thing else small grow booth ya know just hope they make it:blsmoke:the ones on the left stretched out before i added lights

Olias, if it leans over, get an empty toilet paper tube and cut the lenght to allow the top of your stretched baby to stick its head out and the tube support the plant.

 To you Roseman:bigjoint:

I just looked at your pics. I would move that power strip higher in the room. You want it above any possible water exposure.

The 4 main colas from one plant. One more plant should be ready any time. The other 2 still look a week or so away.

thanks friend, yu ought to join the BubbleHead gang.

just an update to all. I just ordered my SH system today with the dual spectrum II lights, nutes, meters, the works! i'm so excited about getting this thing finally off the ground. all i have left to buy is my 400W hortilux and ballast, with the cool tube, everything else is on the way. quick question to anyone using the gh nutes. the feeding schedule that they give you for the simple and easy recirc, is that alright to use? or do we follow the 1/4, to 1/2 to full ratio of whats printed on the bottle? thanks 4 all the help in advance guys.

Use it as directed as a first time grower. You'll learn to read your plants and adjust. To me that's the advantage of a three part system. Mad scientist work at some point. It does say on the bottle to use 1/4 nutes for seedlings and clones at first and that is what I do. No nutes until you have 4 edged leaves on the seedling. I only say that because I know when I was a new grower I was anxios to start using all my toys but it's hard on the plant if you start too soon. When in doubt, don't! In fact when in doubt, ask us fellow bubblehead! We strive to make others successful.
That's how we get our kicks! LOL!

Also not a bad idea to set up all your equipment in the grow room and sort of test run it before you start the seeds. All lights and fans on. Run the SH system with water only and test for leaks and function. Play around with your ventilation and try to see what happens if you turn a fan off or run certain combo's of lights. Check the temp with it running full speed.
