Wilting Clones.. Plz Help..

when i clone i just root gell them put them in a packed down soil thats airated and spray distilled water on them, i also take clones 21 days into flowering on the mother because this highly increases chances of survival due too the cell wall that produces roots is matured and that plants priorty is on the flower which converts to a node in no time at all. the white hairs literally convert into leaves, ive done research on this and have done ti myself so i know its legit, also ive had very few deaths with cloning, when they dont have a dome they can be much closer to the light aslong as you wet them with distilled water and a drop of dishsoap mixed in it works great, at least for me it does. and the extra lights helps it convert alot quicker.
thats my input. hope it helps maybe for future cloning or maybe you would like to try it as an expirement to test my claims. Be my guest.

just make an aero cloner or buy one there easier and faster rooting i clone then tranplsant in 6 to 10 tens max rooting gel and bam good to go to worries of nothing

I now use Take Root by Shultz, I can only find it at Home Depot. It is a powder, not a gel.
You do not need a humidome or to spray them but once a day.
Get the end of the cutting wet, cover damp area with powder, Transplant into rooter/rockwool.
The best part is they do not wilt at all. Clones wilt because air gets into the stem. The powder cuts of the air completely. Allows for faster rooting.

It's normal for clones to wilt a little durring the first two days after you stick them. Depending on strain, differing temperatures and humidity, health of mother, size of cutting, and cell wall strength they will wilt a little, or not. If you get a embolism (air bubble in the stem) your clone will wilt to death. This is more likely if your cutting has a large stele (center of stem where the sap runs up the plant) then you are more likely to develop an embolism. You can avoid this by taking a cutting, emerging it in plain water, and making a final cut underwater.

You want the humidity to be about 80% at this time. Leaving your clones in standing water is a BAD idea.

After the first two days clones should have heeled the cut you made and not need such high humidity(but they like it).
You want to have the rooting medium at about 78-80 degrees until you have roots. The ambient temperature should be just 2 degrees cooler.
