Hey everybody, so my growbox that has been 14 months in the making is finally finished, and i have 63 cuttings of Cherry bomb already on day 3.

When I received the clones they didnt all look fully rooted, and some were already dying, and as of right now im tryin to rehabilitate them.

Right now the ph is rising like crazy, and i dont have any nutes in the water yet, ive been phing it down to 5.8 repeatedly, and after the course of an hour or two it shoots back up to 6-8 range.

When should i add nutes? (they are going straight into flowering)

im guessin now i would use nutes, since they are clones.. they are mature therefore they wont burn if u nute moderately.

Hey whatsup everybody, so ive been nuting the plants for the last 3 nights, and the water has turned much clearer (guessing my 500ppm soup of General Hydro All in-one bloom is runnin thin, n i'll probly swap water tm) , and they are showing significant new growth around the stems, i finally got my lens for the camera, so here are some pictures of the ladies.

Haha thanks man!

Im really excited for this grow, is it just me or does this cherry bomb look very sativa-ish? i'm hoping that its still the indica version. ...the space is realllly limited in here, so if it is a sativa a trellis may be in order

My humidity has been reallly low with the air conditioner running, in the 10-20 range, and even with the lil humidifier i bought, it doesnt get much higher than 35 in there.

Im really expecting it to shoot in this next week though now that im getting it better dialed down.

How often do you think i should be watering? right now i have it at 15 mins on, 1 hour off. Im using rockwool though, and im wondering if i'm over watering.

Btw, i think i may have some major ph damage (rockwool spikes enormously) and the first hairs are already showing :)

Alright, here are some pictures of the damage i took this morning, im tryin to flush the rockwool with a low ph nute solution over and over again until it stays low.

Let me know if you think it could be a diff problem.

Picture Guide:
1-3. damaged leaves.
4. view of first hairs (somewhat hard to id)
5. overview

Alright, so i got the PH finally dialed in on that rockwool. must have taken me 15 dosings of phdown to finally get it to stabilize.

Its real nice in cool in there with the air conditioning, at about 74, with 15% humidity. Color seems to be returning to the leaves also, which is def good. Growing with a 600w HPS is like an orgasm compared to the 4x 42w CFLs i did last time.

What do you guys think the ppm should be at right now? My tap water has about 280ppm, and after all that ph dosing and nutes its in the 800 range. I'm probably gonna swap out the res tm, so whats the general consensus for plants this size?

Hi Storm,

Just thought I would check out the link in your sig.
Vertical huh? Pretty cool man. What kind of lighting are you using?

My opinion in regards to ppms is that with tap, your right on the money.
Actually I would not go over 1000ppm at anytime during the grow, including the tap ppm.
I usually run around 500 to 600 ppm with R/O water. The second week of flower i boost it up to manfacture recomended amounts but the rest is about half.

Buy the way, I dig your sig.

Hey thanks for followin guys, its been a few days since my last update, lots of drama with the ladies, but they still seem to be holdin up.

My major issue is that these grow walls drip somethin fierce off the plants...ive been changing out a full soaked towel bout 3 times a day.

Im hopin i can fix it all up before turkey day. oh n i turned on my uvb lights for the middle four hours of the light cycle now too.

Pic Details:
Pic 1 - all 3 growwalls
pic 2 - left growwall
pic 3 - middle growwall
pic 4 - right growwall

Nice like the set up bro. Il be checking it out for sure.

Some friendly criticism. Last pics looks like heat problems maybe over/underwatering?

Also for the leaks on the walls there some awesome stuff you can pick up in home depot called Great stuff works awesome for water/air/light any kinds of leaks. Hope this helps a lil. Happy growing :)

good call man, it was underwatering, turns out the feeder hose to the far right grow wall was kinked n therefore not putting enough water to get to the far right row.

problem has been solved, although that lil guy looks pretty past gone at this point lol.

Thanks for that great stuff tip, i'll be sure to pick some up, as i've been lookin for somethin to light proof the door, and maybe to water tight the cab to make sure theres no drips (some wood has already been saturated a couple times) n no mold

did you construct or buy your walls? im hoping their homemade bc they look so nice.

thanks
Hey sorry to break it to you, but they arent homemade.
Growwalls are about 150 bucks per, and might i add pretty hard to find a retailer that carries them, in my next setup im hoping to run 12 of them, and if i could find away to make them myself i would, the backings of the walls and irrigation isnt too hard, but making the white fronts would be far too difficult, because the pots holes are somewhat angled, and im not sure if that is essential to the system running well.

Looking nice man. Just curious how do you plan to support them once they are in full flowering?
judging by the thickness of the stalks right now, they should do just fine, if im lucky enough to run into that problem, i'm sure i can find a way to fix it :)

This is awesome man, You have doubled or tripled your footprint with this vertical grow.

How about this idea, That 600w cooltube with the reflector inside. You could remove the reflector and have four walls. Make one on rollers as a door. Using 100% of available light too.

Oh yea, that would be cool.

Good to hear you found the leak.
