Fell asleep last night without turning off my lights. They are in 12/12 obviously that's y I'm concerned. I turn on the lights at 12pm and turn them off at midnight every day. I fell asleep
early, and woke up today at 10:00am, to discover that I had forget about them. Is the extra 8 hours of light going to b a problem? Should I compensate with an equal amount of darkness? Or should I just give it 12 of dark n then go back into 12 of light,or actually a little less so I can get back on track of my lighting routine?
