fan leaves

my ladies are in their 3rd week of flowering and asked my brother to watch them while i was out of town and he decided to cut every fan leaf off the plant...so now i got a bunch of branches with buds on them...should i worry,.. or is everything gunna be ok...i'mi still gunna get healthy buds...are my ladies gunna go into shock someone please help

well, worrying about anything is pointless now- the deed is already done so dont worry over it. it is very very bad. your plant is going to go into massive shock and take a long time to recover, which it will never completely do. your potency and yield are going to be badly effected.

Ya I think it will affect your overall yeild. Your going to get more light to the lower buds but some of the leaves should die naturally around 6-7 weeks unless you needed to cut a few. I think the leaves hold nutrients that your plant needs

They do thats why as your plant gets further along in flowering they begin to yellow and die is the plant draws the nutrients form the leaves...I think im still new...lol

Are my buds gunna continue to grow...or are my plants gunna go into such a bad shock that it will stunt their growth for good? What about their potentcy?

they will grow, but not even close to as good as they would of. potency is determined by the plants health and conditions and any stress during flowering, so is yeild, they just got all the main and largest energy sources(and most effecient)removed, along with all the stored energy they built up. it really sucks that it happened, thats for sure, start some more plants asap, you dont gotta give up on this one but dont set your hopes very high. think about the seeds you start now and be happy with what this plant gives you.

Think of sun leaves as solar panels..Never cut them unless they are dead...Yes your yield is gonna be affected now and over health will deteriorate...Give him a swat upside his head and ask him what he was thinkin...lol..
