Curling down and canoeing problem?

Mostly on just one of the ten girls there is a problem with the leaves "curling down and canoeing." From reading on here I thought it was too much nitrogen, but I've been giving that one just water for a week now and it's not getting any better. Any ideas of what the problem is? Here are some pics and the setup...

600w HPS on 12/12 (just started flowering)
Using Foxfarm Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom per soil feed chart.
Watering approx every 3-4 days
Temps around 77-78 F light on and 68-70 F lights out
PH is 7.0 or just under it.



The others seem to be pretty good with maybe just a little bit of the tip curling down.





Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions.

looks like heat or underwatering to me. they all look pretty healthy though except them small curls and that plant in the back right corner. does that fan thingy in the back corner oscilate or just blow on that one plant

Well I also suspected it could possibly be heat because that one was right under the lamp which is why I moved it to the back right corner...but that doesn't seem to be helping either and the temps are pretty low.

The fan in the back corner is oscillating.

ive had 2 of the same plants same strain and all. and one did that. it didnt affect yeild either. someone told me its just the way some go...not sure though

Your first guess was right. That's classic overfert and nitrogen toxicity. It's "The Claw" clear as day.

Fortunately you just entered 12/12 so your bloom nutes shouldn't have much N in them and they will stretch and use it up. I have found that once the claw develops that bad it won't reverse. Meaning only that the leaves won't straighten out, but it should stop progressing and getting worse. It's hard to tell with the HPS pic, but the leaves are probably really dark and kind of "hard"?

You should definitely check PH, but it doesn't look like a Ph problem this time. People always look towards PH....

Tiger Bloom has very little N so you should be good to go. Just finish it out and it will effect yield a little, but nothing terrible, you know next time if you grow this strain to take it easy on the veg feedings.

Yeah, it's definitely over-ferted (too much nitrogen to be specific). Ease off on the N for that particular plant. The rest seem to be taking it just fine.

Laserburn nailed it!..... the claw! over nute, classic overnute at that...... I love the claw! sarcasm........ flush it out... flush it out.....flush it out.
