Yes but you should introduce her to the sun throughout the indoor period to let her get used to the sunlight.

do you have EXP in indoors , Hemlock , wanted to know if 1X42W(6400k) per plant for vegging and 2X42W(2700k) for flowering would be okay , for a good enough yield

If CFL's ok for veg.
OK for Bloom but you will see a noticeable difference with a 600 or 1000 HPS

i dont think a 1000HPS is worth it for 2 plants i am going Fluo tubes ,
