For all the ones that have order, did you have to sing for the package? I was checking ups website and saw this and just want to check before I try to pick it up.

We attempted to deliver your item at 9:41 AM on November 30, 2009 in xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and a notice was left. You may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice,

Sad part is, i never recieved a notice about the package. So I am a little concerned about going to pick it up.

if you dont want to post here, go ahead and feel free to pm me. I am just a little curious as this is my first order and had used a fake name.

I'm not sure what to say here other than if it it were me, I'd be disinclined to go to a federal government building to pick up my beans. I haven't had this experience myself but I'd be feeling a little wary I'm sure. Is your mail typically left at the post office when you're not available to accept a hand-delivered package to your door? Maybe other(s) will weigh in on this. Best wishes!

OH wait, you used a fake name? I think your screwed seeing as how you need ID to pick it up. I ordered mine to my front door with my name and debit card, beans were waiting in my mailbox.

Thanks guys, i took the courage and went to my local post office and they couldnt find the package. So who knows where it was and when i talked to the lady, i told her it was for my room mate is out of town at the time and he asked me to pick it up. So maybe they are going to try to redeliver it today, my grandma is at the house now and will see what happens. But they told me since it was international it required a signuture for it. I think it might be cause i went with the super discrete shipping and it was first class internatinal something or another. So i will keep ya update and what happens.

There was no signature required when I ordered mine from attitude. Came in the mailbox

The first few times I ordered from Attitude I had to go to the post office and sign for it, now it just arrives in my mailbox with no issues, I used my real name and card also, no issues.

Just and update all, i called the post office, they are unable to locate the package. They have no earthly idea where it is at, now that i jsut check usps website they posted this. Kinds of funny if they left a notice, at the address (which never happen) and not they are returning back to sender.

This is all f'd up, i up the tude will work with me in case it actually got send back

Its probably because the mailman is familiar with who lives in the neighbour and didn't recognize the name,you should use your real name when getting mail people get packages everyday without suspicion why do you think the government are out to get you and your beans

see, this is a perfect example as to why you don't want to use a fake name.. no offense to the op.. but i know that a lot of times if the mailman doesn't recognize the name on the package to belonging to the address they will not deliver it..
i would suggest that the next time if you don't feel comfortable getting it delivered to your house, than use a safe address with a real name of maybe a family member or a friend who would be willing to have it delivered to their house, this way everything matches up to what the package says and you should be golden..
that does really suck though.. i am sure that the attitude will work with you though... just write them a nice email expliaining that you were not home to recieve the package and you were told that it was sent back to them from the usps, and see how it goes from there.. i am sure this happens a lot more than you would think, and they will know exactly what to do..

Yea, but the name i used, is mail that is deliveried here all the time. I usally do a return to sender and drop it off at the post office. In fact, my mailman just delivered some else to me the day it was supposively tried to deliver. so i get more stranger mail than i get of my own at times.

Also, the lady at the post office called my mail carrier and ask if she tried to deliver package to the addy and gave them the name i used, and she said she hasnt. So i dont thin k it ever made to my house in the first place. The promblem is, my street name is in two locations in the city i live in, which is f'n retarted. So i think it got stuck and maybe went to the route. one is drive, the other is ave, so maybe they got confused, ause i get the drive mail from time to time.

well, it seems the fake name has fucked me, just called post office again, they said that the name had moved out some time ago so they sent it back. It seems this had bit me in the ass and i told them it was my roommate, but oh well. I hope the tude will work with me and actually use my real name for now. I was a little nervious ordering the beans through the mail, but I guess I should not after reading what the most of you have replied.

oh well, i will wait a few months and try again i guess. This kind of sucks, but oh well, Was really my fualt for using the name and not the tude. I jsut hope they are willing to work with me.

It appears its a new homeland security thing that will not allow mail be delivered there, but like i toldl the dude on the phone, i get everyone else mail all the time. So oh well.

I don’t want to pour salt in your wound but I order a week ago and I almost did the same thing. Use a fake name, then I think it was when I was filling out the info, I read Do NOT use a fake name because if for whatever reason you have to sign for it you will be screwed. They also state in FAQ that a signature is required in UK but not required for International shipments.

I would like to hear what Attitude does for you. I hope you get your beans. That sucks.

plead your case at the post office and maybe they will give it to you. I order all the time from attitude and never once had to sign for anything it always was in my box. Next time have to sent to your house and use your real name.

Actually it sounds like the mailman screwed you. The one time he read the name he should not have. You have my luck! lol I get other peoples mail all the time where it is the wrong address of for someone that doesn’t live here anymore.

Hey, i jsut had a new one today, so it who the hell knows, I emailed them and jsut waiting to what they said. To sum it up i told him since it was my first time ordering from them and i was nervous, ect ect. So just waiting if I hear back from them. But I am just beginning to prepare myself that I am Shit out of luck. But we will see. I did offere to pay to have it reshipped, so it really not much on there end but shipping it again.
Yea, i see now about the bougus names, but I am hopeing they will work. I am hoping to hear back from them within a few days. But I got a strange feeling it might just be a sorry and move on. But will still try order again beginning of the new years.

If the usps send it back isn't there no return address from the attitude and just your address on the package so how would attitude know if you got your package or not.... looks like your shit out of luck for putting a wrong name.

I was just thinking the same, they don't put a return address on their packages, so I wonder where the USPS returned it to...

haha, so i am screwed, oh well, i have learned now, i didnt realize they didnt put a return address on it. Sad part it, I had thought you had to fill out a customs form and put the address and they attached to it.

That could be why my email was never answered, but have update my profile and used my real name. So next time I should be golden.
