Growing a few plants in florida

If I grew a few plants (3-5), what are the charges likely to be if i'm caught. I have no previous criminal history and am an active member in society (although it doesn't really matter).
Will it be a misdemeanor or felony?

Florida is the kind of state that will lock-up non-violent offenders for life.... private prisons are big business nowadays...

you may want to do a quick search on StickyMango, he was a poster here and a small Florida grower
let me be clear that it does not appear that his posting here was the cause of his trouble
he was using this name on other sites where his personal info was posted, and sounds like someone he knew narced him out to local law enforcement
in any event, Florida does not seem to like small indoor growers
use your own best judgment, but have a very stealthy grow in my opinion

Under 25 plants in florida is a misdemeanor, used to be 300 plants. Your not gonna get locked up for life for a couple plants, give me a break.
