just make sure you have everything set so when the seeds arrive bingo its growin time, have you tested out the cab for heat, light leeks and so on? Have you thought about an LST or Scrog to maximize your yield? Best advice i can give is to be prepared and expect the un expected.. Im growing right now in the rents house, im down in the basement, with a grow box in the closet, so far no issues. Compared to your setup you have more room overall, especially in height, so utilize that. Whats the temps in the room usually? is there a window you can pop open to let fresh air in if need be? (too hot) Make sure you have everything well though out and this will make it much easier if or when a problem arises. Make sure your roomy is trustworthy and does not start to open his yap, that would just ruin the whole op.
You seem to be on the right track so goodluck i'll be checking this one out for sure, you have some good followers here so keep us updated dude. Good luck with school and the grow.

I haven`t tested for heat, i know i`ll have light leaks though, but nothing that duct tape won`t fix I intend to LST after these instructions ->https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/6834-how-lst-low-stress-training.html i`m a little apprehensive about it, i`m afraid not to screw up but i`ll risk it.

It`s usually warm inside, but we have AC as well and the windows open to an inside court. A very drafty inside court i might add, always windy.

My perpetual project in kinda on hold because i have to move. Really quite poor, lost my job due to the recession here, and my employment insurence ran out. Gotta move in with mom and dad for a month or two. it sucks. BUT i have my weed, and it keeps me sane.

Well my friend, Today is an exciting day. I have sent you a christmas card yesterday.

Inside the card, there is a piece of corrugated cardboard,(to protect the photo) and a photo of a butterfly. Inside the Corrugations i have hidden the seeds. There are 30 seeds in total all feminized. 24 lemon sk x hollands hope, and 6 Pure lemon skunk. Those 6 are SPECIAL, Hearty and the Sweetest Girls i've ever grown.

The seeds were stuffed in through the ends, and held in place by stuffing cotton down the holes from each end. They should stay protected from postal machinery.

I suggest peeling the cardboard apart carefully, or even get it really wet, so it peels easily. The 2 strains are seperated, so try no to mix em. 2 rows of 12 on one side of the square, and 6 on the other.

Envelope is blue, and Sealed with a Christmas Sticker on the back. I have written "photos do not bend" on the outside as well.

I'm just as excited as you. I really want this to work. Will be so freakin cool if it does.

so yesterday afternoon i log on RIU, read Sly`s post and then i go super nuts from getting the good news i hit reply and the phone rings, a friends invites me too hook up on some mary jane, so i say yeah, sure, what could be more fitting? lol i leave the reply and say "i`ll finish this when i get back" We smoked like a gram and a half in 3, and i was so high when i got back in the dorm (sometime past midnight) that i willed myself like 5 times to reply but i just couldn`t so i watched some Tales from the Crypt and fell asleep dead

Was thinking i`ll do a regular veg+flower grow in my dresser. One pure lemon and one lemon crossbreed, maybe 2 ls x hh if i think the space allows, and i`m seriously considering doing a 12\12 from seed pc micro grow with a pure lemon and a lemon skunk hh. And if it turns out well, i want to keep going with 12\12 pc grows untill the end of the year, in parallel with the regular grow. But only with lsxhh, it feels like a waste to do that to pure lemon skunk seeds, i just want an early taster is all


I figure it will work since the only hold back would be power consumption, which if i go above quota i have to pay.

Input, keep it small and atleaste get one fucking grow done before u start thinking of doing other ones and doing pc ones along with a cupboard...just get one done, be safe pfffff

Hilarious story. Yea i hope it all works out.

You want my imput on your grow??? I HIGHLY suggest, NOT VEGGING THESE STRAINS. The LSxHH will grow over 2 feet 12/12 from seed makin it hard to keep light concentration on your colas. I recommend topping after 4th or 5th node, and growing extras. Doing this will save space width and hight wise, and each plant will average 1 foot high with 4 Main cola and 2 secondary cola. Each plant should yelid 9-12 grams DRY! The pots were roughly double the size of a plastic beer cup. Growing many smaller plants can be more of an advantage to the CFL grower than trying to yeild big off one plant.

As for the Pure LS, I would use same size pot. And don't top it ( can if ya want, you'll get this Bonsai Ball of Bud. yeild is about the same). But LST it. They do grow bushier than the cross strain also.

I like these plants because the respond real well to CFL, LST, and 12/12

If you can stratagize to have a new seedling every three weeks, and just add it to your 12 12 grow, you could be harvesting smoking and harvesting every three weeks. On a 76 - 90 day growing cycle. These plants will complete in that time frame on 12/12 from seed.

Vegging will complicate things for you so keep it simple. Keep in mind that even though you'll be using 12/12, the plant will still need vegging light spectrum for the first 21 days. Thats when you can expect them to show sex, 19-22 days. Then switch out the bulbs with your flower 2700K's

All the MORE reason to keep everything 12/12. I'll bet though, you could run a lot of 42 watt cfl's without going over quota. Find out what your alloted, and i'll work out some math for ya.

That more than helps mate. It put things into a new perspective alltogether. I`m pretty much sold on the 3 week schedule. But i would need flowering nutes wouldn`t i? I don`t know if i can get those locally. I have veg nutes from nirvana, plenty of them.
I`ll do more research into nutes to see what options i have and make a decision.

Here's another little tid bit.....I LOVE to just use Veg nutes after the first 3 weeks. up till day 40-45. THEN i just start using plain water and molasses. 1 tblspn per 2L bottle. And use that right till finish. Because the cycle is shorter without a vegging period, the plants have less time to use up the natural nutrients in the soil, so by the time day 76-90 come around, your plants will have effectivly burned up all the nitrogen from the vegging nutes, and budding out with the available phophporus and potassium left over. It works out well. However if you wanna use blooming nutes, flush for 2 water cycles after veg nutes, and only use then till 2 weeks before you cut her down. During those last 2 weeks, just water only or with molasses.
