Is 20 degrees in the cupboard too cold?

okay i just got the 1 girl in there at the mo under my 250w hps. The temps low it stays at around 20 degrees through the day, at night sometime will reach 25. Is 20 degrees too cold? or is anything between 20 and 25 ok?

20 degrees celsius is what around 68 or so f? if my conversion is right, i would say that it is ok..i wouldn't want to go much lower than that, but i think 20 is an ok temp..

32 degrees fahrenheit is freezing, same as 0 degrees celsius.
