Hey everyone,
Just thought i'd share a story..
I was at a party tonight and I was arrested for "causing a disturbance" under Canada's criminal code..
I refused any consent to search, affirming that because I was in a dwelling house I could not be charged with "causing a disturbance" contrary to Canada's Criminal Code.. They searched me anyways and found my lighter and a pack of smokes, they removed my hat and put in the hood of the cruiser..
My arresting officer then noticed my lighter, which I used to crush up pills, had a white residue on the bottom of it.. He asked me what the substance was and I told him I had nothing to say and I needed to contact a lawyer before I said anything.. I yelled to one of my friends to contact the staff sergeant (which I know personally) who came to the scene, he affirmed that I could not be arrested on the charge of "causing a disturbance" and that I could be charged with possession of a controlled substance if they sought fit. If the residue was tested and came back positive.
Long story short I was later released without charges, however I thought i'd share that with you.. Check your lighters if your a pill grinder
It could land you in jail..

however, i read a story similar to that, some dude got popped cuz a cop looked at the bottom of his lighter and saw the black residue from packin bowls down..shit you dont even think about, crazy crazy!
