and it will give your plants a N boostsome say no, I say yes and it is cheap!!!
Ya cuz Nitrogen is bad in concentrated amountsYea,I've been doing that for years, but i also water it in.
Great idea depending on where you live, you might just visit your plants with a bear or lion waiting for the urinated to come back because you just pissed on his territory. Shit, do it anyways it's worth seeing a bear or some shit. The area around my grow is lousy with deer. I save gallon milk jugs of my urine. After it rains,I spread it around grow area in all directions.I see tracks all over but not in my area.My plants have never been eaten by deer.Oh..I'm told that if you're a vegen...don't bother. You need to smell like a carnivor. lol
coyotes actually live in the wooded area i plan to grow. any chance it may attract other coyotes like if the urine purchased is femaleA good method I've heard to keep deers and rodents away is to get Coyote Urine, a water bottle, and a bunch of cotton balls.
You fill the bottle with the cottonballs(after no liquid in it), pour the coyote urine in the bottle, allowing the cotton balls to soak it up, then you puncture lots of holes throughout the bottle. You can leave this around your grow site and I believe the smell will last for quite some time, of course it will have to be replaced when it starts not smelling.
Coyote urine can be purchased at most gardening stores. This will pretty much keep away any kind of animals that are prey of cotoye, this can include other coyote. Includes rodents, deer, etc all those buggers you dont want raping your plant for it's foliage.
edit:
a good natural non toxic pesticide is neem oil. It can be purchased cheap at home depot. It's a natural oil taken from the neem tree and will not effect how your buds taste or anything. What it does is, it's mixed with water and sprayed on your plants. It messed up the insects breeding parts which stops them from making babies, it does not kill them but stops them from reproducing, which it usually takes 2-3 weeks to start working, but it is affective. I usually apply it to my plants every 2-3 visits.

Mow the grass around your plantsI have a grasshoper prob! What can I DO
I noticed the same thing with mine this year. These little green grasshoppers with a red stripe were ALWAYS on my plant just hanging out. I nevr saw them eating or doing anything other than hiding or trying to blend in. I had no problems with worms or aphids this year either. Who knows.....I have a grasshoper prob! What can I DO
