Growing in a BudBox

Does anyone grow in a budbox?? Do you know how light proof the air vents are in the budbox??
And can i leave them open in the dark period without affecting my little girls? The vents are never in direct sunlight...(and not just because i live in England LOL).

Any advice would be cool..

hey mate i have the same bud box but i got a little botanical brothers 6' sub irrigation pot for the box and the thing came back to lie and is working great. Check out there site you will trip
