In your terms you state: " All payments are taken in GBP (UK pound).".........Maybe I'm having a stoner moment but what does that mean? Does it mean no U.S. Dollars or money orders? How about credit cards, how does my payment show up? Are you taking Paypal or any other form of e payment? Maybe listing accepted forms of payment somewhere before final checkout would be worth consideration.
Hello, thank you for raising some very valid questions. Your first question the answer is it doesn't really mean anything, I request a balance in the customers native currency. So for american's I send a bill in dollars, I take the hit of the currency exchange.
Money orders:
I don't intend on accepting money orders or cash through the post, this is for the simple reason, I am puting the reputation of my business in someone elses hands, if the mail company lose the money, then it falls on my shoulders and I don't want that responsibility, I know its unlikely with the way some people are, but i'm aiming for a near perfect reputation.
We take most major credit cards, we use paypal to handle our payments for us, so we don't ever see your credit card details.
What kind of shipping do you use? How stealthy is your method? (that's everybody's biggest concern) Do you use some sort of innocuous name for mailings and return addressing?
Any plans to offer singles or maybe a "breeders choice" with one top female seed from each bank?
Simple questions, I know and most of the answers are probably near the end of the checkout process but I hate to go through the whole thing only to find a sticking point at the very end
My shipping method is very stealthy, customs won't even notice it, the decleration to pass through customs is always relative to the size and feel of the package and how it may look if it were to go through an x ray scanner.
As for single seeds, i'm in two minds, part of me says yes the customer likes it, but on the other hand, it could be any old seed your getting, giving the customer their seeds sealed in the original breeder packaging, to me, is very important. I like the customer to be 100% that they got what they paid for.
I will give the single seed prospect more thought, like maybe put a vote up and see what people want for a single seed for the next month.
