supercropping, how is it done??

i was lst'ing my bigbud and about 3-4 of the top colas actualy bend to far downward and sortov snapped, they are atill intacked but not snapped, will they recover???
they havnt realy snapped but the stem has flattened and bent over, i heard and read this is sortov what they do when they supercrop a plant? is this right??

basicaly the plant is 4wks into 12/12 ity is coming along very nicely and i just want to kno if itl pull through, will it be to much stress on her and turn her herm or will it go into repair mode for a week or so then get back on track???

take a pencil and some string or tape and make a splint. It should heal.

supercropping: they pinch the stem, crushing it, but not breaking it.

the branch has not snapped, it is new growth so the stem was very soft, it was bent over and whent even softer and just bent over nearly 180'
im hoping i havnt made to much internal damage and that the plant will form an elbow and repair itself to carry on the frowth of the big buds.

You wanna take care when bending the branches. Make sure you crush the outside stem enough that it doesnt take much force to bend it over. Ive partially snapped them before and just made a splint and they healed just fine. Heres a couple pics of my supercropped plant.

its not doing any harm. i dont know i have all my veggin plants under 3, 2 bulb 42w 4' floro tubes. That bluish one is just something i picked up in the clearance bin at homedepot for like 50 cents.
