Hey, hope you dont mind some feedback about putting the pump inline. Then only correction you have to make to the drawing/set-up is.... the pump will need to be level with the res, and push the water/feed up to the growing container. i recently bought a larger inline pump and tried to set it up the way you have pictured, and I found out that the pump will not pull up the water, but once the water gets to the pump (inline with res), it will push it up to the growing container, and of course recirculate to lower tub. Good Luck! Cant wait to see the finished system.

Posting this while on Joint break from cleaning/restocking empty flower system...
So, here be the clones, AK47xSSH..
they are 16 days old now, and wanna be transplanted!
I've started to just use cloner for the veg time, just leave them in it longer!
Oh ya, all the biggest were topped last night too...
And here be the Chemo, just in there 3rd week....
And the Gremlin, end of week 6....
Fuk are they ever looking Awsome!
And here be some Bud pics of the HSS, fuk'n stinky and good!

Epix you kick ass! i made a 96 count cloner by drilling as many as i could. no symmetry but it works like a charm. couple questions if i may(+rep as well)
1-how many lights, what wattage, per area? (clone, growth(if still using) flower)
2-are you using CO2? if so by what means and at what ppm?
3- when you post pics and say the number of weeks of the plant in the pics, is that weeks in flowering or total weeks cloner + flowering.
just wondering as my pal was taking clones and vegging for a month and your shit is budding before the time comes that he is even thinking about it. he has 4x4 tubes so that may be inhibiting his growth a bit and is using a 1000w mh that he switches out for flower time to hps. the ballast is mh/hps so all he does is change the bulb.
ps your a damn genius!

In the Mom room i got 8x4' T5's at 6500L each,
in the Clone section, i got 4x2' T5's at 6500L each,
in the flower i got a 400w HPS at 8000L and 2 600w HPS's at 9000L...

No, i'm not using CO2 yet, but will be in the new year!
Q3...
LOL, when i give Numbers on how old my plants are, it's for each stage, when they go into 12h it's day 1 again, just a dif stage...
Hell, now that i think about it...... i got 1 mom that'll hit 2 years old next month! i just cloned off it 4 weeks ago and it's ready for more already!
hope that helps some man, and remeber, tell your buddy too, when cloning.....Just Water is best! forget Fertz till they got Massive roots!...

yeah CO2 is in the future for me as well! keep up the good work and thanks for taking all the time to post all the pics and answers for all of us. I kno what a pian in the ass it can be sometimes and your always upbeat and cool about everything,...then again with what you got how can you not be???

I'm currently building a system based off of your setup.
My only concern is that you might be having a problem with crowding or do they grow fine just like that? Do you think your yield was less because the space issue? Also how tall are they when it comes time to chop'em down?

One more thing, do you prune the bottoms and just grow the colas? You said you reached 1 1/2 lbs last harvest, was that just cola bud?

Hay there man, glad you enjoy it!
As for the spacing..... on the Big tables they have Too much room for my SOG idea, i have almost grown a LB on the smaller table, should be able to grow more on the bigger ones!
In the way im Trying to grow, SOG, i can fit plants as close as the pots will allow and just grow 1 main cola, but i let the lower branches and what not stay just because i make Hash outa that stuff!
I'm in the process of designing new tops for the bigger table with more plants!
And oh ya, i just added Co2 to the flower room tonight, i'll post that latter in a DIY.. so maby my numbers will come Up now!
lol, answered that up there ^^^... and to answere the last, only Big buds and cola's....

i was wondering if you think it would be a problem to use smaller net pots since the roots are growing pretty much str8 down and spacing them a little closer together for even more plants per sq.ft. we are really only fruiting the tops so???? whats your advice before i go chopping into it? thanks in advance man,...i appreciate all you do for us on the site here.

one more thing that is crazy,...my grow res constantly rises in ph about .5 every 3 days which is normal for me. but lately my cloner has been dropping about 1.0 per week ans its got my head stirring. never had a problem with it moving EVER from the begging and this is run 5. ever had any issues with that? i use fresh RO water and clean her out real good for each go round. little hygrozyme and fresh RO H2O and off to the races. this time the ph keeps dropping and my plants are getting yellow brown spots where the leaf meets the stem. i dunno??

Go ahead, infact, i'm gonna be making new table tops with smaller holes and lotz more of them, only reason i havn't yet is cause i gotta figure out to make that many clones in my clone space, probly a little bigger cloner i'll need....
You got me there, not a clue... the only time any of my Rez's starts to PH Down is in the last 3 weeks of flowering, and not always ether...
what PH do you keep everything? i keep it at 6.0,
5.8 -6.3 being the ideal range for hydro...
Maby try keeping it 6.0 and adjusting it every day in the cloner, i find i have to.
I know pumping Co2 into water will lower the PH, are you doing that?

HMMM! no not pumping co2. i shoot for 5.5 and it generally rises after 3 days to 5.9-6.0 i run 48 sites though and have a little bit different setup right now. i did find some huge 50 gal (or 45) totes by rubbermaid on sale@Home Depot for 17.99 though and are good for 60 sites with 2in net pots and the foamies i have laying around so i bought 4 tubs and am going to try to incorporate SOG. my goal is to design the lids to harness the input and then i can transfer lids from station to station per 2 wks. eliminating the need to move my res and grow stations. bottom drain on the res makes for easy draining and i can get away with using less gallons with your method.
The only other thing i do is leave a cup with an ionizer in it at just right depth for good operation and the time cycle of the water keeps the cup filled (from the rain) to stay on at all times. this keeps a 100%RH fog in the system as well and ionizes the nutrients in addition to the rain from the misters. i set up my cloner (96site using your method) this way as well and it seems to be really beneficial. now i just wanna get my mommys out of dirt cuz i went through a bottle of gognats and they are down but not out. that shit is not cheap either for what ya get. only scare is we have frequent power outages when the weather get shitty here. all our neighbors across the street enjoy power from a different grid, but we suffer and going this route can be pretty depressing should it stay off for too long. Wish me luck! it looks clear in my mind LOL let see what we get!
