Comparing this image of the earth with my 35+ year old globe (has N. and S. Vietnam) it is striking seeing the desertification of Africa...my globe has a significant green area 15 degrees either side of the equator.

Yeh man,they been playin fuckin tic-tac toe here in LA,since monday or tuesday.I'm feeling a lil sick,could be the trails,or something I ate.Is anyone feelin ill.I emailed that dude glenn beck,I suggest we all email that fucker,hopefully he does'nt act like a bitch,and not do a show about it.heres his email [email protected] or try [email protected] .I think jess is gonna be doing a show about it.

I feel ok. Do you mean Jesse Ventura? If so I was surprised to not see it as a topic...I would not be shocked to find a connection to HAARP.

your globe was made before satellite imagery. they were guessing when they colored it green. :joint:

1957 was the first. Imaging sat's came much much later.

That's no way to acquire true knowledge. U'll have to dig a bit deeper to be informed.

My GI Joe had a kung fu grip.

I just thought it was interesting. Regardless of whether my inherited globe was made using a picture from a satellite or not...They did not just color it willy-nilly...we had pictures from space and lots of aerial photography as well as people actually living on the ground...around the lakes that have dried up.

The desertification of sub-Sahara Africa has been taking place at a pace faster than the human population can move.
