they put me in a tube for an MRI. i'm claustrophobic. it scares me to think i ever have to do that again. they left me in there for almost half an hour. just sitting here thinking about it makes my chest heavy.

how small is the MRI tube? i might have to have one tomorrow. im claustrophobic too.. especially if i can't have full movement of my arms. not good.

there's an asian massage place across town. maybe i should stop in.

i'll tell you what, I cracked my own back for 10 years. This guy crack my back once and i dont feel the urge to even try and crack it myself. when they press on your spinal column and start aligning you, you'll know the crack is coming

it was small.

they gave me a xanax beforehand. like 10 mins beforehand. it hit me on the way home. it was supposed to calm me before being put into the tube. instead they were running late. i was the last patient of the day. the tech was getting ready to go home as she was keeping an eye on me. she literally "left" me in there for an extra 10 mins. the machine had stopped. then she pulls me out, says schooch up a little, "then shoves me back in for round 2".


if you have any "relaxers" use them well before you walk into the DR's office.
