It sounds like your plant is starting to show sex but it is difficult to determine without any pictures.

Sorry but I just cant tell from those pics. If you can get a camera and retake them in macro that would help immensely.

Those pice are still pretty blurry but it looks normal to me. Is this your first grow?

No it looks fine. Keep an eye on it and see if it turns into the sex organs, but other then that it looks normal. Maybe you plants just growing differently there from others?

there are 10 plants and 4 different strains but i'm noticing this webbed branch thing on more then just one strain..

your talking about the structure of a plant your noticing your stalks and stems get thicker and stronger. spider web like stuff would be insects-spidermites. i think youve just got normal healthy plants...goodluck
