I was posting the same thing in your thread as you were posting this. I know the lights are very similar. The hub I got at lowes. It is located with the outdoor irrigation systems. It is made by rainbird, I think it costs $7.95. The flow is adjustable between 0 and 2.0 gph and you can adjust each line.

I added a second dose of 1/6th stength of nutrients late last night 36 hours after the first dose and everything seems well. I have now added 1/3rd of a dose total and figure to add another 1/6th tomorrow morning which will be another 36 hours from the previous dose. Here are some pics 12 days from soaking and 9 days from sprouts.

I am using the lucas formula which is 5ml micro and 10ml bloom [per gallon for the vegetative stage. So what I did was add 5ml micro and 10ml bloom total (not per gallon) for their first meal. Since I have 6 gallons total i figure this as 1/6th and then about 36 hours later added another 5ml micro and 10ml bloom again total not per gallon so i figure I am now at 1/3rd. 5ml is approximately 1 teaspoon therefore so far I have put in 2 teaspoons of micro and 4 teaspoons of bloom.

You are using the three part GH system? Spyvy who also just started a very similar grow to us a couple of days after me sent me a link to a real easy conversion chart for using GH three part method, not sure if you need it but here is the link.

I have a 14 gallon tub so I use 8 gallon to mark ,,,about 1 1/2 inch air space under the pot

I mixed up 20ML Grow to 8 gal & 20ML Of Micro to 8 gal / Should I throw in some Bloom also for vegging ?? and thinking tomorrow night do the same I think that would be 1./2 dose thus far ><< LOL

Hey man, thanks for the chart, yea thats what I'm running, not to the T but based off those numbers yes. and I am running gro and bloom during both phases, I'll stop using the the gro somewhere around the fifth week of flowering.

Spyvy according to all the GH charts I have seen you should be using 20 ml each of grow micro and bloom for 8 gallons of water to start. Although I would have probably worked up to that over the course of the week and then next wednesday drain the res and replenish with their week 1 schedule which would be 40 ml grow 20 ml micro and 20 ml bloom for 8 gallons. You should be fine but I would keep a close eye the next couple of days to make sure you don't get nute burn. If you do see any just drain the res and give them plain water for a day or two.

I am not following that formula. I am only using GH Micro and Bloom at a rate of 5ml micro and 10 ml bloom per gallon for veg and 8ml micro and 16ml bloom per gallon for flower. This is called the Lucas Formula and it is fairly widely used. I have been told that this is better for marijuana than the regular GH formula but this is up for debate.

I attached some pics, the first shows the micro and bloom I am using and the second shows some free samples that I was given by the owner of my local hydro shop. I plan to use them during flowering.

OK so seeds started soaking on Dec 11, went into the system on Dec 12 and showed the first little sprouts on Dec 14. Which makes today their two week birthday.

Things are going pretty well, no problems with heat (around 75 degrees although it is about 82 directly under the lights) or ph (staying pretty steady around 6.0). Water temps have stayed around 68* the whole grow.

Adriana, Alicia and Alison all look pretty much perfect to me.

Abigail is showing some signs of nute burn but she was previously located right where I was puring my nutrient solution in. I mix the nutrients in a gallon of water and then add that but from now on I will be taking the top off entirely and letting that gallon really get mixed up with the rest of my water before putting the top back on.

I backed off on the nutes a little. I was at half nutes and drained two gallons and added back two gallons of plain ph balanced water. My ppm is currently 730 but it started at 380 honestly I don't even know what that means at this stage but I plan to add another 1/6th of nutes back in tomorrow. I would love a real good lesson on ppm if anyone is real good with it. I'm not even sure if I should subtract the 380 from the 730 when I figure where my ppm should be at certain stages. Roseman was my main inspiration for this grow and he didn't seem to go by ppm.

Angelina got a little stunted when I tried to move her rockwool down in her netpot about a week ago without realizing how much of a root sytem she had in there already. She seems to be recovering well now and looks to be just a couple days behind the others.
