How can you trust someone?

Over the last 2 weeks my two good buddies that I have known for years.. Ratted me out to other people, spewed personal shit.. What do you to prevent shit from getting out? How do you judge if someones gonna squeal on you? Are there signs?

Do you simply just not trust anyone in order to protect yourself? Do you only talk enough to get by, that's all I do normally..

Help out a brother here :) I want to stay outta jail/cemetery

trust nobody or don't do things you don't want the world to know about. the prisons are full because everything everybody does eventually comes out. there are no secrets in this world. just ask tiger.

Then they were NEVER really true friends to start with.. hang with better people!

Coming from two of the most respected members on the site.. Shows alot.. Great quote ANC.. I'mma print it.. What about if you have to trust someone, as a partner.. You can't do it alone; how does one judge a trustworthy person? I've been fucked by people who've known me for ages..

I know what your saying, however these people played the trustworthy type.. Eventually they found out something and ratted..

Like tonight, my town is full of people who do break and enters.. I called the police on two kids who were obviously trying to break into a house.. I told a good buddy of mine who I grow with.. It's against the "code" to call the cops, ever.. as a commercial grower.. so I got bitched at for that, by the complex owner that I grow in.. Yeah, I told that fucker not to tell anyone, he could lock me up for life with the other shit he knows.. It's not like its random people.. IDK just rambling now

Never family however.

You must give them a reason not to tell. If your personal safety/freedom isn't much of a concern to them, then ask them if their life/well being is important to them.

Some people aren't violent, but some things you just shouldn't do...in your case, they should not have leaked info.

Interesting, That's actually great; in most cases people keep quiet because it's in there best interest too.
However.. Committing a crime with someone and them selling people after.. How could one judge someone/prevent that.. Well; I guess not commit crimes in the first place :neutral:

I'm not really that violent of a person, however I couldn't even hurt someone no matter what they told people, because if I told them someone it means I do trust/respect/like them in the first place.. If some random ratted me out, sure I could deal with it..

What are some good ways to give someone a reason not to tell?

...fear is the one thing that keeps most mouths shut. People that love you will burn you...people that hate you will burn you...along with all the other emotions someone can feel for you....BUT, if they know you'll get their ass when it's all said and done...they tend to reconsider.

...show'n them or provide'n violent stories helps.
...alot will disagree, and say there's no reason for violence ...whatever! You bring the police to me and I promise I'm goin to do my best to get'ya!!!!!!!! So....this usually results in a couple different arrest. The original charge you we're told on for...and attempted murder on the snitch. That's the game. Get out the kitchen if your not ready, it's hot in dis bitch!
