What are your opinions on a Durban Poison grow 12/12 from seed (germinated in soil) for about 3 weeks now being switched to 18/6 or 24/7 Veg light stage (pretty sure it is a female).

My opinion is your light cycles are backwards. Use 18/6 for veg and 12/12 for flower. I don't see any point or benefit to switching them like you're suggesting.

im sorry but fail grow, that plant wouldn't be showing signs of sex already, its way to small. Ur moist likely thinking the leaves are pistles(white hairs) And at three weeks old ur grow is going no where. Ive got a plant thats 7 days old from seed thats bigger. U need to increase the lighting on that plant for sure. Adding small amounts of light is probobly best, it doesnt look old enough to have already switched into flowering in my opinion. Also if ur going to sitch cycles its best to use 20/4. If u keep it on 24/0 then ur plants will stay small because they dont stretch out at "night". ur basically jsut wasting light after 20.
