Question For All The People Who Believe In Heaven...

I'm not trying to start a fight, but i recently thought of this- alright, do you *age* in heaven or hell or would an old man or newborn baby always be a old man and a baby? if they somehow magically did get older or younger in heaven or hell how do they determine what the child would of looked like and what their personality is like? god magically makes them be at their perfect age and personality out of all the possibilities?

Aging applies at various degrees of physicalness.
A soul/spirit is connected with time primarily through our physical (hosting) bodies.
Physical matter and distance relationships are influenced by gravity and our solar system, thus influencing time, and how it effects all things.
Remove this physical body, and you can extremely influence your relationship with what is called "time".

To more closely answer the question, the optimal age for human form is about 30 years of age.

After you die, you will soon find out you have a closet full of bodies you could choose from, and still be truely yourself.
Spirits who intentionally visit people can/may appear in the image of things people can recognize. It makes is easier on the person freaking out at seeing something they are not used to.

I've heard that as well, and it makes sense. The general favorite age for most people is about 30 because it is near its prime in development; however, a soul doesnt need a physical body to exist at all. Only when entering the game of physical human "life" does it need to take on this form.
Now if a kid passes, it may take a childlike apparition for familiarity for the living when in contact with it, but that doesnt restrict it when our "physicalness" dematerializes.

Well these are interesting responses from the religious members because in the Bible, perhaps that's not your religion but it is the most populous, it explicitly states that you will take shape in your shapeless metaphysical "soul".

Well in the movie Walk Hard, Dewey's brother comes back aged 20 years. So I am pretty sure you age in parallel with this world but body parts will be reattached. As well you can't masturbate with a spirit hand, it just doesn't work. ;)

the bible is a book that is a collective of thousands of years of text that has been re written by kings and priests that seek to change it for their benefit, anyone who takes the bible seriously is a fool, wait fool doesn't even begin to describe it. If you want the truth You are god I am god we mankind have created the idea of god to justify our actions instead of taking responsibility for them it's a sad fact that many will not realize because they feel so warm and fuzzy and without it they would feel cold and alone. One day mankind will realize there is much more to this world than man made obsessions and twisted ideas of faith and reason,one day. if anyone has read this far all i can say is i believe that when i die i will have some degree of concious thought before hand and that moment will last forever for eternity , and that can be the only heaven i can look forward to :neutral:

I believe this as well, as well I think it ca be attributed to the mass quantities of DMT that are released into a conscious body. But rather then eternity, I just think we will be so enveloped in experience that we will be dead before we know it....

Super Stoner is right, and that is basically what I said, "Meta"physicalness doesnt relate to physicalness like time.
The Bible is inspired word which was selectively chosen by man, and I will leave it at that.
It is a great starting point towards experiencing life with a bountiful harvest.
No matter what you believe in, you are generating energy and influencing matter at its elemental state.
It takes more faith to be an atheist, than a person who acknowledges a creator(source of creation) and respects a grander scheme of things.
Religions are supposed to be about shedding self, and living for others. Most religions have been eaten away by a mans hand, and turned into a physical structure with a heirarchy and egos. NO one needs anything outside of theirselves and the end of every day. Our temples are within, and we were designed with purpose.
If everyone thought about each other just a little more, this world would most definitely be a better place.
