Help on nutrients / First timer

I am a first time grower i am using Fox Farm Ocean forest soil, using a 400w HPS the strain i am growing is called odyssey all started as clones and vegged under a 400w MH for 2 1/2-3 weeks. Since i got them i have only given them distilled water the pH 6.0 at every feeding, i recently transplanted them from 1 gallon containers into 5 gal and today is their 2nd day of flowering.

Now i have read on these forums for some time and i am a little confused about nutrients and which ones i am going to need, which are better and which are a waste? I have heard that the powder ones are a better bang for your buck but i just want to make sure. I have been looking into Fox farm and advanced nutrients but since i am using fox farm soil am i better off sticking with their nutrients? Now since i have never given my plants any ferts or nutes what do you experts out there suggest i start them out on and what dosage? I am a nutrient newbie in need of some help anything you guys could help me out with would be greatly appreciated.

sometimes it's ebtter to stick with the same nutes as the soil you use since that soil might have stuff in it that will overload the plants

but i have to say that:

Grow-Micro-Bloom
voodoo juice
big bud
overdrive

is a great combo for me, tho i have to take a few months off right now
