Ditchweed grows abundantly throughout rural America. It will not get you high. Furthermore, if the pollen from ditchweed pollinates your ladies, any subsequent seeds are worthless for our purposes.
Ditchweed is the remnant of the Hemp for Victory campaign during WW II, when FEDGOV realized it had been a little premature in criminalizing a plant known and used by man for thousands of years.
It seems when the Japanese were fucking around in the Pacific they cut off sources of industrial hemp the U.S. had relied upon since cannabis prohibition was enacted.
So the government quietly reversed its position on industrial hemp. They even made a short film touting the benefits of hemp in order to encourage farmers to grow it.

I once saw a 10ft tall hemp or ditch weed plant up in michegan of the lakes and took a cutting off it and grew it in my buddies indoor grow, got up to about 6ft and we stressed the shit out of it and it produced nice popcorn buds EVERYWERE and we kept trying to make it seed but it never would, finally got tired of it taking up 5ft around and 6ft tall haha too much space so we butchered it and smoked the popcorns, the taste was that or fruitloops and the high was incredible, very compact small nuglets around the size of a dime around and 4 or 5 inches long on each one of the 80 branches!

If it got you baked, that was not ditchweed. A guerrilla grow? It was only one plant though! and it very well could have been someones dank plant that was just a tremendous sativa! The first year we tried budding it indoors and it just kept growing so that fall we chopped in half and threw it out in our compost pile, The folloing year we found it had come back to life in the spring and was growing very fast so we dug it up and potted it up again and let it go outdoors and once again it didnt bud all summer long but produced huge leafs. So we brought back indoors over at a freinds house and finally forced the budding.

You won't ever find ditchweed completely alone...it grows in patches.... it's a weed.
That was cultivated weed, not wild. The THC levels in ditchweed are paltry to the extreme. It cannot get you high. Like JO said, you'll get a ripping headache before you ever feel anything.

Do those leafs look like ditchweed leafs? if its not ditchweed then its the longest flowering sativa ever known to man or woman for that matter! Gave you a killer head high, not a headache and after a while a heavy indica stone.

You know your right, its the only pot i've found up here in the up, so maybe it was somones gigantic baby, but why didnt it ever flower out until the 3rd year? never heard of such a thing!!! the stem reminded me of industrial hemp stalk and the buds were airy so to say just like hemp buds, but the buz was mind and body,very heavy at first and smelt like frutiloops! was a pretty girl, hopefully next year she is still there again for more cuttings!I'm in the suburbs of det, lots of woods out here.... no wild pot....

Yes it still does grow out in the wild. Also MJ is only called a weed when viewed as a pest it's a lumping for a general term for an unwanted plant. MJ really isn't as resilient as some other "weeds".

theres alot of pot growing naturally in Ontario and quebec 
also we have a ruderalis that stays around a foot and grows the ugly little loose buds, i see them all the time.
my roomates father has giant natural growing plants everyyear just behind his property but its crap,so im going to give afew of them some care and nutes and see if their is potential.

Screw that..... get some good bag seed and replace his with yours. No one will know, and make sure you visit ur roomates dad around september.

hey take a handful of seeds and just start planting at night the more seeds you plant the harder it is for the government to tear it all down. they wouldnt want to waste 11 bill a year just to chop down plants(that would keep on coming god willing it be me)
