hahahah yep I've had a person ask randomly what was in there, had to make up something quick.

I'll be putting the door up hopefully within a week and painting the wall itself.

:hump:

I just can't wait till 3 months down the line when it just looks like a normal ordinary wall/door and then when you open it, all you hear is this:

so quick question and im not trying to be a dick... Whats Tahoe O.G. ??? is it a different strain from the normal o.g. kush or is that just one of those things were people decide since they grew the same old strain in a different town it should be called something different, cause honestly the street names these days are rediculous and hardly anyone outside of us growers even truly know what kinda weed they are smoking and thats a bit sad, but if it is a different strain i'd like to know how cause im a fan of O.g. its just so stinky in full flower

Yea I believe it's a mix of those two descriptions.

1) It's old skool OG Kush, the original Tahoe cut from Lake Tahoe, CA area.

2) parts of #1.

I believe it's just a cut that other people start as main mothers, then continue to spread and clone off of over time. They are usually just promising phenos of the same cut, just from different areas to my knowledge. To differentiate, they name the cut of OG, usually resulting in where it's from.

One of the strains on my 2010 list is Reserva Privada's OG #18.

I've heard nothing but phenomenal things.

yessssssssssssss :hump:

The clones off of my best jillybean that I've been yappin about (the one covered in trichomes and smelling like orange sherbert/pine) have finally rooted!

I took 5 clones and see roots on 2 of them, so I'm PUMPED. I was a little skeptical about them surviving because hell, they were my first clones ever taken AND they were already a couple weeks into flower!

I'm so glad I took clones off of this baby, you could tell she was a keeper the first few weeks in flower.

I'll update with more pics soon, need a new camera to show all the nice baby buddage goin on.

Ya its nice when you finally see those little white roots coming out. Good job keeping that girl going!!

I have a single Jillybean going, not sure which pheno, she's in third week of flower, not a huge stretcher. Got a few clones off her going. Hear alot of people saying Jilly is their favorite smoke. Guess we will find out soon.

I'm late but i'll be watching from now on. Looking good so far w1cked, nice work
Thanks mang a lot of the work has been focused on security measures and getting the perpetual on the move. Just a door now with a lock and I'll be smitten. :leaf:

I plan on making a lot of cleaning and general room spacing adjustments in the near future. Yesterday I transplanted my 5 pre-flowered clones from the DANK JB pheno, THEY ALL ROOTED! :hump: :hump: :hump: I still can't believe all 5 rooted from my first try at cloning. So yep, 5 new mothers in big sized pots in the mother room next to 5 other mothers that are looking AMAZING.

Next week's agenda:

- Transplant all the 30 some odd clones I have into good sized pots once they root.

-Throw them into flowering ASAP. (I may or may not flower my mothers and just take a couple clones to become new mothers. This will promote a better yield, but I'm still debating this). :?:

- Try to purchase another ballast for my extra Yield Master II just lying around. Money is tight atm.

The one's in flowering right now are about halfway done, I'd say another 4 weeks and it's harvest time! :-P :weed: :bigjoint:

over time this technique can take its toll. best keep the same mothers for a while and trade in for a new one at times or keep them untill they look too stressed could take over 20 years and then look for a vigourous cuttings the best way to do tghings.

....................
on another note you dont want to keep taking cuttings as you have this first time if you take the cuttings during flower constantly and reveg your strain will stress out and loose its integrity and possibly mutate much faster. the most noticable loss will be potency over time, vigour and yield
...................

anyhoo keep up the good work bro get that shit looking shimmy. its for your safety hehe look at me a few jeleous ppl and im fucked.

anyhoo happy new year bro i hope it goes better than mine

I hate taking pictures with this crap camera so I don't post them very often.:wall:

I will probably go down there later today or tomorrow for pics.

Just a quick update: I took my 7 best clones and put them into nice big mother pots. I would've put them into flower, but I actually couldn't find any pots or big enough containers! I either have huge 3 gallon ones or the 25 some odd 1 gallons I'm using right now.

The rest of the clones (about 6 others that rooted and had pots for) I put those into smaller pots and threw them into flower.

About 2-3 of the new rooted mothers are my DNA Genetics LA Con/Lemon Skunk, so I decided to throw one of these into flowering. She has been growing a good 2 months now just in veg, I FIMed her and LSTed her early on and now she has about 6-7 tops. I also have an OG Kush x Chem D mother in flower right now that I've taken clones from. She has also been in veg for 2 months and is almost 2' tall!

So I've got about 8-10 plants straight from seed that are ready to harvest in 2-4 weeks tops. I've also got 2-3 sativa dom. plants about 3-5 weeks left, then the 2 mothers + 6 clones in flower.

It's a slow crawl to begin this from scratch again, but I'm getting there. I just need more light and more pots to step it up. :leaf:

I'm very interested in starting my first hydro setup after this harvest, which will be close to a month, give or take. :!:

Things will get more interesting as the next week rolls on, I'll definitely get a new camera or at least bring the babies out from under the HPS for a few pics.

Keep an eye out in the next couple days, pics will be posted.
