No Fan, Will It Work?

Hey, i am doing a stealth grow in a speaker box (1.7feet tal)
Organic potting soil (store bought, regular stuff)
lined the walls with white printer paper.
I plan on jus flowering one plant in there. I am using 4 x 40w Cfl bulbs. (pics are comming) I was just wondering if the plant would grow with little to noair ventilation. I have a fan that works well, BUT it is noisy as hell and in this grow cant have any flaws that will get it busted!

So my question is, do you guys think it will grow ok with no fan? let me here your feed back. Thanks

At least get a quiet little PC fan:

1. Increased airflow = more CO2 uptake

2. Less heat

Yea, i am looking into a small fan right now. Does it matter that there is no Intake air and exhaust fan? can i just have the fan blowing air around on the inside in no particular direction? just to create some air movment?
