should I rip off this branch?

thank you for opening my thread

As you can see, on the bottom left of my girl, there is a small branch with small buds on it (with red arrow) Over the last few months I have removed a few lower branches. I never removed this one because I was afraid that it would stress her too much.

I am in the seventh week of flowering with a Shiva Skunk strain. If I remove the branch will it make the buds on top fatter? Or is it too late?

I would tie it up to help support the weight and try and keep it.

But I heard that a branch that size is actually taking or robbing energy away from the top buds? Is this true?

Leave it, it would cause more stress and delay flowering by removing it.

Not true...it's not hurting anything to be bent over...the only way to limit your growth at this point is to cut the branch off

WOW! Thank you ALL for your replys and info. And shit, I had my ax ready today.

Ok, then one mo question. Which of the two ways below would be more benifical:

1- For this particular branch shown, would it be more benifical to just leave it this way, hang it, that way it would get DIRECT light?

OR,

2- would it be better to tie it up and get it closer to the light BUT there will now be shade because of the big buds up top?
