Frist Grow with Pic's. What you THINK???

So here is my frist grow. I been looking everything up so i know as much as i can. I think im doing good for a starter. Let me know what you think?

Thanks man. I'm happy its working out for me. I do need more lights. Some of the leafs are dieing on the little plant on the inside bottom.

Yeah i was thinking when i first seen it, I could imagine how big it'l get if you had 2 or 3 23w's for lower growth. The way your going dosnt look like you'l need them if you cant get the cash together. As BUDZEY said VERY impressed.
