Looking good. I've never smoked SSH, the GDP is looking lovely too.:weed:

I got to get my ass to Cali after this next season, think maybe I'll take a road trip.:blsmoke:
SSH is a classic in my parts and yields fat frosty nugs :eyesmoke:

and that would be badass NeL! I need to do some traveling after this next outdoor myself. never been to canadia ;-)

have you ever seen brwndirtwarrior's videos on youtube? he shows a really easy system for watering where you tie a cup or bucket to a tree on the edge of a creek then cut a hole in the cup and rig a plunger to seal the hole and then run some poly tubing and it's just an easy force fed watering setup where I would only have to check on them every couple weeks or so. stoked :bigjoint:

I'm nice and lit bongsmilie share your ideas Boom

you just shave the bars and make a perimeter around your plants?

I just throw some on the ground, Mostly I take small brush and make a little spear and have them around the patch. Later in the season I'll cut them up. Animals hate man made smells, and that soap is strong smelling.

thats interesting. i attempted to do a similar ghetto setup for my potted plants outside when i left for tennesse to visit my bro on base in KY and i used a milk gallon carton poked a lil hole near the bottom side and it dripped out slow (there was a lil more details to it) but it wasnt the best mehtod but worked to hold em over durign the 110 degree streak we had. but ya that mehtod u mention mite be great for u cuz i remember u saying its a pain in the ass to lugg water and nutes out and consitantley go bak and forth. im sure ull use that imagination and experiance to rig up sumthing even possible better! i like mixing up indoor and outdoor methods too sumtimes they benefit each other and sum are no good lol.

ure gona do another guerilla grow i assume off property? and stealth is key? cuz my ideas are def not stealthy. lol (supports gardenbox design etc)

well I'll definitely try it for this next season. it got old having to keep fixing parts of the fencing that I put up so something as simple as soap would go a long way and help with less aerial visuals.

and to Boom: yea fuck lugging water and going back so often. that was a just recipe for disaster. and I did learn a lot from last year so this next year will be much much more thought out and better planned. and definitely off my property and secluded. gonna pop the beans in march I think :bigjoint:

so upon closer inspection, I noticed what I thought were big calyxes to actually contain developing seeds.... :wall: :wall: :wall:

do I take them off or let them develop so I don't stunt the entire plant? gahhh this sucks :finger:

Just leave them, whatever is done is done. There must have been some bananas I take it. How bad is it, a branch the whole plant?

Hey B... I just ran into the same problem. I started seeing bannas form at the top of my bagseed colas, so I pulled that plant yesterday. It was a little early, but I would rather take 1 early than pollinate the rest.

I only managed to find 2 seeds so far, so I am hoping things didn't get too hectic in there. Goodluck my friend.

yea I guess there were some unseen... and it's more on the lower branches and buds and only a couple on the bigger tops.

would the seeds most likely be herms?

to Boulder: fuck, you too huh? shit sucks but what can you do. the buds are still frosting up nicely so I'm not stressing too bad, but it's still a pain in the ass to come to the realization that youre growing seeded bud ughhh :wall:

damn bro sorry to hear. seems like a few of us are runnin into issues lately. well keep ur head up. id pull the males and keep the females unless theyre all males then idk. maybe just start over cuz males arent worth shit unless ure tryin to slang seeds

I have never grown seeds from a hermie but as I understand it they would be female and I would assume that they have they hermie trait.

hey NEL.. I think you are spot on with that. These plants that hermied on me were grown from a few seeds that I found digging through some really nice stuff a friend had given me this summer.

I thought what the hell, it was good bud... I'll see how it does.... It obviously does the same thing everytime and HERMIES! Both of the beans I popped showed female pre-flowers on every node early on and then developed the nanners just a few days ago just shy of 8 weeks 12/12.

Lesson learned... don't grow out hermie seeds unless you chop them extra early..in which case you should prob just not even waste resources on it.

but that's the thing, these were all clones...

guess they couldve stressed hard from all the mite attacks. I'm watering tonight so I'm gonna really check them out and see how many plants and colas are really effected.

well, I'm still a bit confused on the differences between a fem plant that grows a banana pollen sack compared to a fem plant that develops seeds. a plant has to be polinated in order to produce seeds right? so I figure at least one grew a banana and pollinated a couple fems with the herm pollen rendering the seeds to be hermed fems if I ever grew them out.

but yea man, I feel ya on the tough front. can't wait to have a snagless grow indoor or outdoor.. lol if this next outdoor isnt looking perfect, I'm just not even going to try
