I would like everyone to meet Matilda, which is the name my girlfriend gave my plant, yes I only have one which is currently in her 6th week of flowering under just one 65 watt CFL with an added T9 (see avatar)

I did this to prove to folks it could be done (if done properly) and I have just finished teaching a class on how I got her to where she is today

I want to invite any one that is new to growing to check it out
just click the NooB Advice and Goin Loco links in my sig
(read it all there is a lot of good stuff about growing and a lot of experimenting as well)
as well as the customary argueing and laughs :bigjoint:

now for the naked girls in my shower pics, enjoy!

What's the deal with pic #1, looks like powder mildew.
Was tryin to be funny :bigjoint:

the white spots are the water from her shower glistening in the flash from the camera, there is no PM

the other pics are of her back in her room after her shower

Nice grow for that amount of light, right on! Looks like she'll thicken up some more before harvest.

I sure hope that you didn't advise others to spray their plants down that late into flowering.... asking for bud rot or mold doing that

Not to worry, my humidity stays between 30 and 33% she is already dry

besides she still has weeks to go, I make my adjustments using a heat index calculator (which I do teach) and she has already wicked most of the water off as well she will be ready for another either tomorrow or Sat morning at the latest

But I do appreciate your concern

the humidity in the AIR stays relavent, but the moisture ur puttin on and in the buds by soaking is not like spraying the leafes in veg or sumthin where it has air and space to breathe it off. it gets inside the bud (witch r already nice and moist) and cause mold. i would not promote this.
mold can kill u if smoked.

As I said earlier they are already dry, but if this were true wouldn't all MJ grown outdoors IN THE RAIN be moldy???

What is the point of spraying water on the buds anyway? I could maybe see if you were foliar feeding but spraying straight water on the buds is just pointless and a little foolish

No but it does highly increase the chance of getting mold. There are a lot more crops lost to mold/bud rot outdoors than indoors because it is known that you don't want the buds to get wet

im SURE there is a higher chance of it if it rains, not sure tho, never went outdoors myself, i stay out of the rain. and a plant wont b growin much outdoors if its raining all the time...root rot dood.
