in my opinion its 60-70 % gettin busted and 30-40 not...more like 70 or more impossible..... in the US its 50/50... i knew someone that got cutiez to an elbow in the mail, n out of like 30 times got cought once..... vacume sealed three times and came in a few containers, he then did it a few times after though n was safe, but found somethin new so it wouldnt happen again, its all about chance

grow your own or find a hookup. you have a much less chance of getting caught growing than you do from getting weed in the mail...altho the penalty is much worse for growing

i dont want to order any but correct me if im wrong but in the US when they intercept the seeds they just take them away they dont charge the person who ordered them with a crime usually? Would it be any different with actual bud or am i just completely wrong on the original point and they will bust you for seeds?

IN the U.S. Cannabis is still a Class C drug and was rescheduled to Class B in the UK just recently. Smoking or eating seeds will not get you high, they have no pschoactive compounds. That's why seeds just get confiscated, they are not drugs. Mailing bud in the U.S. is a federal offense, and likely to get you busted.

when you order seeds in the mail, they are sold as "souvenirs". As far as the seed bank is concerned, they are not selling them to you for growing. Shipping actual buds in the mail, as far as law is concerned it would be the same as shipping meth. shipping the chemicals to make meth may not be illegal, as long as they are not shipped together, but shipping meth would definetly get you into trouble.

Not only mailing it, but receiving drugs in the mail will get you in trouble too.
